3. Programming Direction

The project ‘Promoting Green Deal Readiness in the Eastern Partnership Countries’ (PROGRESS) is implemented on behalf of the International Climate Initiative (IKI) of the Federal Government of Germany. Within the Federal Government, the IKI is anchored in the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Climate Action, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMUKN). The project aims to improve conditions for the transformation of selected agricultural and industrial food value chains toward climate-oriented and green economic development.

5. Description of the contract

The subject of the contract is the supply, delivery, and installation of the following infrastructure for blueberry orchards:

  • Lot 1: Equipment for Natural Juice Production
  • Lot 2: 20 kW Ground-Mounted Solar Power Plant

6. Selection and Award Criteria

  • Selection Criteria: Compliance with the technical specifications and requirements, and price.
  • Award Criteria: Upon acceptance of the offered technical specification, the sole award criterion will be the price. Any tender exceeding the maximum budget for a specific lot will be rejected.

7. Eligibility

  • Participation is open to all entrepreneurs (natural persons or legal entities that have an enterprise) participating individually or as a consortium.
  • Tenderers must be established or have a branch office registered in Georgia in accordance with the Law of Georgia “On Entrepreneurs“.
  • Participation of natural persons (including individual entrepreneurs) and Non-entrepreneurial Legal Entities is not allowed.

8. Number of Tenders

Tenderers may submit only one tender. Tenderers may submit an offer for one lot only (Lot 1 or Lot 2) or for both lots.
